You will receive your itinerary approximately 1–2 weeks prior to your departure. As this is a large group with many moving parts, we appreciate your patience as everything is finalized. We’re working behind the scenes to ensure everything is seamless for your trip!
If you need to cancel your trip, please email me at brittany@brauntravels.com as soon as possible so I can assist with next steps.
If I booked your flights, the cost of the flights will be your responsibility, as Meyer will need to arrange for another traveler to take your place. Airline tickets are non-transferable; however, in most cases, the airline will issue a credit or voucher that can be used toward future travel.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Each cancellation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Meyer, and proof of an exemption may be required.

Why Buy Travel Insurance?
If You Have a Medical Emergency While Traveling
If you get sick or injured while traveling, travel insurance protects you from the unexpected costs of care. It can reimburse your trip cost if you have to cancel due to a covered reason, or it can cover medical bills incurred while traveling.

If You Have Delays
Delays can bring unexpected costs your way. Travel insurance reimburses you for additional accommodations and meals when you are delayed during your trip for a covered reason.

If Something Happens to Your Things
Baggage delay, and lost or stolen luggage can put a damper on your trip. With travel protection, you can get reimbursed for your things.
